Diet Idli (Zero oil Rice Idli) You can have Diet Idli (Zero oil Rice Idli) using 3 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Diet Idli (Zero oil Rice Idli)

  1. It’s 1 cup of urad dal.
  2. It’s 1 cup of whole green moong.
  3. It’s to taste of Salt.

Diet Idli (Zero oil Rice Idli) instructions

  1. Soak urad dal and whole moong individually for 5-6 hours..
  2. Grind into smooth paste, if needed add little soda bi carb and keep it for fermentation whole night.
  3. Morning add salt and beat well.
  4. Pour into idli moulds and steam for 12-15 mins.
  5. Serve with your favourite chutney.I have served it with chana chutney..
