- It’s 1 cup of whole green moong.
- It’s to taste of Salt.

- Soak urad dal and whole moong individually for 5-6 hours..
- Grind into smooth paste, if needed add little soda bi carb and keep it for fermentation whole night.
- Morning add salt and beat well.
- Pour into idli moulds and steam for 12-15 mins.
- Serve with your favourite chutney.I have served it with chana chutney..
